🌍✨ St Wanas Kids Charity Youth Mission Trip to Egypt — We’re Off! ✨🌍
Our St Marks youth are officially departed Sydney heading to Egypt for a life‑changing mission trip.
With hearts full of faith and hands ready to serve, our young people are stepping into a journey of compassion, connection, and purpose.
Over the next three weeks, they’ll be visiting villages, supporting families, running kids’ programs, and spreading joy wherever they go. Please keep them in your prayers for safe travels, strength, and a mission filled with impact.
We can’t wait to share updates, photos, and stories from the ground.

This Christmas, you can put hope on the table for families who need it most.
While many of us celebrate with abundance, thousands of families in Egypt are struggling to secure even a single proper meal. For many children, Christmas is one of the only times in the year they taste real protein.
This year, St Wanas Kids Charity is on a mission to feed 5,000 families with dignity, love, and joy.

Each bag includes essentials like rice, oil, lentils, pasta — and most importantly, the protein their children rarely get to enjoy.

Premature Baby Incubators
St Wanas Charity helps with the care of vulnerable families who have premature babies. Learn More

Why we also focus on disabled kids
Unlike developed countries, children living in poverty have higher rates of disability and are more likely to be left untreated. This is due to greater government funding provided to support children with disabilities in developed countries, whereas government funding in third world countries are almost unheard of.
In poorer regions, a child with disability does not only face financial barriers to their development but cultural, social and educational barriers as well. Unfortunately, In many of these countries, a disabled child would be labeled as a cultural ‘shame’ to his/her family and in particular those with mental disabilities. Amongst many practices in poorer areas with limited funding, is spending the minimal funds a disabled child receives on their healthier siblings in order to afford them an education and a career to generate income for the whole family.
Fortunately, a number of non-government organisations are looking after these children in many ways in which there is a great need for donations to continue providing their support to these children. St Wanas Foundation is collaborating closely with some of these non-government organisations and with your help, we can provide continued care and education to less fortunate children in poorer areas around the world.
